This year we are being hosted by BBC R&D in the BBC Radio Theatre at New Broadcasting House, Portland Pl, London W1A 1AA .
Delegates should enter via New Broadcasting House and event registration will be on your left – not via the main reception desks to the right
Photo ID is required for all delegates. Tickets are now sold out and will not be registering people on-site. Please note tickets are non-transferable.
Bag searches and airport style security will be in operation. While there will be a staffed cloakroom, all bags/coats etc will need to go through security first. We suggest travelling light if you can help it!
Badge collection opens at 11.45am. There's no need to bring your email confirmation along with you - just head to the delegate registration desk.
Security checks can take up to 45mins during busy periods so please leave plenty of time and enjoy a complimentary light lunch in the Media Café prior to the event. We will be showing you into the theatre at 1pm for a prompt 1.15pm start.
